Cons

Poor management Unreliable software Poor communication Inadequate pay raises Horribly overworked At my location, actions by management and corporate actively contributed to making me poorer and sicker and ruined my driving record for bad registration tickets I was never at fault for and lied to me about being taken care off. Would give 0 stars if possible

Great benefits. Good pay. Fun job.

Cons

Technicians get over worked. Toxic environment to address concerns. When I moved to management I was work 16+ hours a day and was talked down to whenever I tried solving the over working issues. Too much focus on "completing tickets" even though half of work isn't properly sold or even completed. Insult to injury, after I was politely asked to leave, I encountered a rumor from my former manager that I was an alcoholic.
