      You will be working on commission alone, you will be on a draw system so if you don’t make your draw you will owe money

      Great benefits. Good pay. Fun job.

      Cons

      Technicians get over worked. Toxic environment to address concerns. When I moved to management I was work 16+ hours a day and was talked down to whenever I tried solving the over working issues. Too much focus on "completing tickets" even though half of work isn't properly sold or even completed. Insult to injury, after I was politely asked to leave, I encountered a rumor from my former manager that I was an alcoholic.
