      Benefits are good, and local teams are always outstanding.

      Cons

      Terrible regional management and above. They care nothing about their employees or their needs; they are more concerned with profits and the appearance of political correctness/fake wokeness(old southern boys group occupies all leadership positions) than with truly assisting their employees. They had record profits but chose to pay out investors and deny raises to technicians and salespeople.

      Great benefits. Good pay. Fun job.

      Cons

      Technicians get over worked. Toxic environment to address concerns. When I moved to management I was work 16+ hours a day and was talked down to whenever I tried solving the over working issues. Too much focus on "completing tickets" even though half of work isn't properly sold or even completed. Insult to injury, after I was politely asked to leave, I encountered a rumor from my former manager that I was an alcoholic.
