      Pros

      I loved working for Critter Control of Florida. I was part time 20 or less hours a week evenings and weekends mostly. The Owner and CEO are amazing people loved their energy.

      The company just switch databases training was unorganized and information wasn't readily available.

      Great benefits. Good pay. Fun job.

      Cons

      Technicians get over worked. Toxic environment to address concerns. When I moved to management I was work 16+ hours a day and was talked down to whenever I tried solving the over working issues. Too much focus on "completing tickets" even though half of work isn't properly sold or even completed. Insult to injury, after I was politely asked to leave, I encountered a rumor from my former manager that I was an alcoholic.
