You get a company truck, iPad and work phone. The hours are good usually.
Cons
The management is horrible. The owner is the sales manager and that’s where all the problems start. He is a micro manager to say the least. Miserable experience.

Technicians get over worked. Toxic environment to address concerns. When I moved to management I was work 16+ hours a day and was talked down to whenever I tried solving the over working issues. Too much focus on "completing tickets" even though half of work isn't properly sold or even completed. Insult to injury, after I was politely asked to leave, I encountered a rumor from my former manager that I was an alcoholic.
