      No micromanaging. They trust that you will get the job done.

      Cons

      Pay isn't great for the amount of work you put in doing roof work. Route techs get paid the same just to do ground work as exclusion techs doing contracting work.

      Great benefits. Good pay. Fun job.

      Cons

      Technicians get over worked. Toxic environment to address concerns. When I moved to management I was work 16+ hours a day and was talked down to whenever I tried solving the over working issues. Too much focus on "completing tickets" even though half of work isn't properly sold or even completed. Insult to injury, after I was politely asked to leave, I encountered a rumor from my former manager that I was an alcoholic.
