Steep learning curve with little to no consistency. While every job has a need for an employee to be flexible, Croda's Supply Chain direction will change from day-to-day, if not hour to hour. This change disables the ability for an employee to use historical knowledge / training to make educated guesses. Furthermore, written procedures are only good as the paper they are printed on and most employees will tell you why procedures just will not work.
