By far the best company I've ever worked for. Co has strong products and is very highly regarded in the personal care industry. Most of my co-workers are very committed to the company and work hard to ensure it's success. Very little turnover, people stay here a long time. Good communication from management. Employee development is fairly strong, with opportunities to advance.
