Pros
The company seems to emphasize some degree of employee happiness. Due to the pandemic, most of the company is working part-time from home. There are some exceptions, but not too many. The benefits are good and the salaries are in line with industry standards. (Note: I'm not familiar with all of the salaries so YMMV.)
Cons
Location can be an issue depending on where you live (as usual). I've only seen two locations and I wouldn't call either one convenient to get to, but I'm a significant distance (45 mins to over an hour) from each one. The only other major con is the amount of corporate inertia in some respects. There are some bureaucratic processes in place that made no sense when I started and still make no sense now. The departments involved don't seem inclined to change because they don't have to do any work since my department handles it all. I've been assured changes are afoot so we'll see.
