Flexible schedule (not stuck at 9-5) and ability to meet some great customers.

Cons

Almost impossible to receive a raise (merit based or otherwise), no paid time off offered and no benefits either.

Great Benefits and Bonus every three months. Management, CEO, and corporate staff and friendly and helpful. They want you to succeed and help you do so. 42-48 hrs a week.

Cons

They take over stores who were run down and neglected. Takes tons of work to turn them around.
