Co workers are nice and customers are great

Cons

They have no idea how to run a retail business, and they let their employees know it. They kept saying "it's a work in progress" but nothing ever got better. If anything they just added more and more onto a managers plate and then couldn't understand why standards weren't met. They gave zero support to the stores

Great Benefits and Bonus every three months. Management, CEO, and corporate staff and friendly and helpful. They want you to succeed and help you do so. 42-48 hrs a week.

Cons

They take over stores who were run down and neglected. Takes tons of work to turn them around.
