Pros

The "little people" who work here (service reps, project team, etc.) and decent human beings; most have strong work ethic and morale and endure the day to day suffering together. That is pretty much the only pro- we lean on each other for support while we live in hell from the time we clock in to the time we clock out for the day.

Cons

CrossCom National is literally the most abusive and degrading place I have ever worked at. Never in my life have I experienced such hostile work environment. The "managers" (if that's what you want to call them, although I know not one of them holds any type of experience or education in the field of management) are abusive, degrading, sexist, and racist. Don't even attempt to go to HR for any concerns, they have been compared to "the mafia" by management and will only destroy you if you speak up or bring any concerns to their attention. Raises (if that's what you want to call them, which don't even meet the cost of living) are solely based on work politics and not actual performance. There is absolutely no HR department whatsoever. The individuals in HR have no experience or HR background and don't follow legal or corporate policy. The place leads on fear and intimidation. The place is corrupt, crooked, unlawful, abusive, and unethical. Management will slander both technicians and their employees in front of everyone and will sometimes withhold pay to technicians if they don't like them. During my first few weeks of employment I was told "if we don't like you, we can and will get you fired" by a member of management.

Pros

I mostly unload deliveries, tag stuff, log it into the system, and make sure it all ends up in the right place. Not rocket science, but you’ve got to pay attention and stay organized. The team’s solid and people are helpful, which is a big plus. Steady hours and decent benefits. No late nights. Solid training and helpful tools.

Cons

Can get a little crazy when big shipments come in. Plus, learning all the systems takes quite a bit of effort.

Pros

A couple of health benefits and a few decent coworkers. Not much else to like about working in such a terrible company!

Cons

Working here has been a mistake! My work-life balance has never been worse than before I joined CrossCom National! My workload is unbearable, I'm forced to work long hour, and push myself to meet unrealistic deadlines; I basically have no time for anything that isn't work! The pay isn't that great either, so I have nothing to show for my hard work, too...
