Engaged Employer

Just another place that treats its employees like machines - Sales Development Representative CrossCountry Consulting Employee Review

Pros

Just a job that pays when management's expectations are met.

Cons

Just another place that treats its employees like machines. Work happens, pay arrives, and that is all. Miss management's expectations and termination follows immediately. Decisions like that come easily, with little concern that a real person just lost a livelihood.

Pros

Benefits, decent pay, and nice people who work hard.

Cons

Leadership in some critical areas of the biz hasn't evolved at the same pace as the company's growth -- driving great talent to competitors. DEI efforts often fall on POC employees to champion, while recruiting, retention, and leadership representation don't reflect the same commitment. A competitive salary isn't enough when the company's stated values don't match the reality employees experience.
