Pros

The work is interesting and often challenging, and you will learn so much here. There are plenty of opportunities to lead complex projects and grow as a professional. Senior consultants are always open to discussion and new ideas. The company is also serious about training and development.

Cons

Some processes could be simplified to help with workloads.

Pros

Benefits, decent pay, and nice people who work hard.

Cons

Leadership in some critical areas of the biz hasn't evolved at the same pace as the company's growth -- driving great talent to competitors. DEI efforts often fall on POC employees to champion, while recruiting, retention, and leadership representation don't reflect the same commitment. A competitive salary isn't enough when the company's stated values don't match the reality employees experience.
