Pros

Coworkers are the best support system. Flex time is great.

Cons

Poor work life balance as there are never ending amounts of paperwork after the school day. You will be exhausted.

Thank you for the review. We agree that coworkers are our most important asset. Since our merger, the opportunities to professionally grow and be able to stay with the agency have grown exponentially. Work/life balance continues to be a top priority and we are investigating how that will evolve in the future. Our agency moves with the times!

Pros

I've been with Crossroads Health for about 3.5 years and I can honestly say they have been the best 3.5 years with regards to my work life. I came from over 25 years in the customer service industry and will be forever grateful that I was hired with this organization and given the opportunity for an amazing career change! From the CEO down-I have always felt supported and that speaks volumes to me. I don't feel like I am just another employee. I feel appreciated and valued. One of the other huge things about this organization is the flexibility of my schedule and I have a wonderful work/life balance. Everyone on my team and so many other teams are some of the most sincere and caring individuals I've ever met. I am blessed to work here to say the least!

Cons

I do not have any cons about working for Crossroads Health. It is a rapidly growing organization that is making a huge positive impact on our community and I wake up with gratitude every day knowing that I get to be a part of that impact!
