The clients are what keeps you going.

Cons

Horrible pay, management is horrible, non-supportive, you will always be “less” and treated “less”. HR will not stand behind their own policies that they’ve created. The atmosphere is horrible and if you try to become friends with your peers your supervisor will not allow that. If you want to laugh or have any type of fun it’s shutdown immediately.

I've been with Crossroads Health for about 3.5 years and I can honestly say they have been the best 3.5 years with regards to my work life. I came from over 25 years in the customer service industry and will be forever grateful that I was hired with this organization and given the opportunity for an amazing career change! From the CEO down-I have always felt supported and that speaks volumes to me. I don't feel like I am just another employee. I feel appreciated and valued. One of the other huge things about this organization is the flexibility of my schedule and I have a wonderful work/life balance. Everyone on my team and so many other teams are some of the most sincere and caring individuals I've ever met. I am blessed to work here to say the least!

Cons

I do not have any cons about working for Crossroads Health. It is a rapidly growing organization that is making a huge positive impact on our community and I wake up with gratitude every day knowing that I get to be a part of that impact!
