Management has no checks and balances meaning they basically do whatever they want, and they consistently change the handbook rules to fit productivity. They have no consideration for the private lives of their workers. Also, there is no fairness certain people get reprimanded for things that other people don’t get reprimanded for. You cannot save your unused vacation. If you do not use the vacation. They will not pay you out for it. They only allow three people to be off of the Work site on vacation at a time. We did not get any tokens of appreciation morale stayed pretty low.
