Pros
If you do your job and are not a constant whiner that is to say handling things the way your supposed to,The company for the most part does have your back . Like any big company though you still have the stuffed shirts.
Cons
Like I said " Stuffed Shirts" and they are a little micro managing when it comes to Safety. Expect that.
