      Pros

      Small community, merit driven environment. Easy to get along with employees. Great benefits, and my god the amenities that are so small mean so much.

      Cons

      Nothing to complain about to be honest, I have not encountered one problem here ever since I have worked here.

      Pros

      As a working parent there is a ton of flexibility and understanding for my needs at home. This has enabled me to work through busy seasons without a ton of extra stress.

      Cons

      Recent return to office mandates are hard for employees who were hired on remote and don’t live near an office.
