      Great opportunity to travel and build your resume Company seems to really care about its employees They are trying to improve on their diversity initiative

      Low pay compared to the industry standard poor work life balace not alot of communication with leadership if you are not above a certain level

      Pros

      I have yet to meet a person that wasn't super sharp, wonderful, helpful and kind. Best large company I have EVER worked for.

      Cons

      I wish I could transition to full time, not really a 'con'.
