      Remote in, lax dress code, supportive managers, cool CEO, given a good variety of projects, they care about me and my career goals

      Cons

      The only con I can think of comes along with any job in public accounting. The hours are long sometimes.

      Pros

      As a working parent there is a ton of flexibility and understanding for my needs at home. This has enabled me to work through busy seasons without a ton of extra stress.

      Cons

      Recent return to office mandates are hard for employees who were hired on remote and don’t live near an office.
