Pros
*Flexible environment, from dressing for your day, to office hours, to work from home policy. *Leadership tries very hard to cater to young employees (from technology updates, to innovation initiatives, to paid parental leave and more). *Quick promotion paths are possible.
Cons
*It is a Public Accounting firm. Busy season hours can suck. They are not as bad as big 4, but they can be extensive. *Depending on the office and region, busy season can run most of the year. (Poor scheduling and management. ) *Pay - slightly below market. More upsetting is the random discrepancies in pay one may encounter. The secrecy over compensation doesn't help. The annual review criteria is vague and subjective. Does not motivate and encourage hard work. *Some offices are lacking the technical skills. Promoting employees quickly results in poorly run teams.
