      As far as public accounting goes I feel Crowe offers an excellent work life balance

      Offices firm-wide do not always seem to be on the same page which can cause confusion within the organization

      Pros

      As a working parent there is a ton of flexibility and understanding for my needs at home. This has enabled me to work through busy seasons without a ton of extra stress.

      Cons

      Recent return to office mandates are hard for employees who were hired on remote and don’t live near an office.
