      Pay is great for the first job out of college.

      Hours are long during busy season. I traveled all week and was only able to be home Sundays.

      Pros

      As a working parent there is a ton of flexibility and understanding for my needs at home. This has enabled me to work through busy seasons without a ton of extra stress.

      Cons

      Recent return to office mandates are hard for employees who were hired on remote and don’t live near an office.
