      -Great company culture, friendly staff -Entry level pay higher than competing consulting firms (including Big 4)

      -Although opportunity for promotion and pay raise is available, opportunities for growth are limited in terms of personal development -Repetitive implementation role, very software heavy and forced to stare at a screen most of the day

      As a working parent there is a ton of flexibility and understanding for my needs at home. This has enabled me to work through busy seasons without a ton of extra stress.

      Cons

      Recent return to office mandates are hard for employees who were hired on remote and don’t live near an office.
