Pros
-Great people, sounds cliche but a lot of really talented managers who connect and coach lower level seniors and staff -For the most part, really great partners who carry an open-door policy and actually get to know their employees. -A ton of PTO and work from home options -Busy season hours less than traditional big 4 -Solid internal feedback system, you always know where you stand in regard to what you did well and what could've been better on a project
Cons
-Probably understaffed for a firm that wants to tackle bigger projects which leads to longer than necessary hours for all involved. -Firm leadership a bit too focused on "chargeable hours" as opposed to finding ways to make projects more efficient and retain high performing individuals.
