1. No benefits (heakth, lunch allowance etc) 2. Low pay and unscrupulous practices used to cheat you out of salary 3. Poor Management 4. No room for growth and development 5. Poor training facilities and methods 6. Supervisor not always available for consultation 7. No good human resource practices 8. Out dated culture
