      Great firm culture that provides opportunities for advancement. the ability to start and end your career at Crowe is great. An aspect hard to find in consulting firms

      Conservative growth firm. Never looking to aggressively grow which is unfortunate as the potential for growth is there. Some i efficient old business policies

      Pros

      As a working parent there is a ton of flexibility and understanding for my needs at home. This has enabled me to work through busy seasons without a ton of extra stress.

      Cons

      Recent return to office mandates are hard for employees who were hired on remote and don’t live near an office.
