Interesting work; Caring collagues; Knowledgeable professionals; Good long-term clients; Compensation good; Lower chargeable hours than Big Four; and Insighful leadership.

Cons

Long hours though this is typical for CPA firms; Busy season at times is challenging; travel at times is not easy.

Pros

I worked majorly virtual and only came in when it was busy or things were ramping up.

Cons

Crowe is cheap they cut corners alot with their employees. They took away alot of firm holidays, it is hard to get time off even though it is unlimited PTO, and they expect you to work and not charge your time.
