Pros
There are some really great people here and I grew a lot and had some awesome years at Crowe. The work/life benefits are fabulous.
Cons
The last 5+ years have been steadily going downhill. The upper management team, at least in the marketing department, is mostly all new and the culture changed drastically. It's not longer about how you can grow in the company, but just all about helping the company reach $2B revenue, and if you don't like it, you can leave. Tons of turnover. People either quitting or being laid off in droves. It seems very unstable and the most people are overworked and unhappy.
