      -Pay is far below peers -There are more people that do not pull their weight than I expected in a firm of this size. Can be disappointing and hard to work with

      As a working parent there is a ton of flexibility and understanding for my needs at home. This has enabled me to work through busy seasons without a ton of extra stress.

      Cons

      Recent return to office mandates are hard for employees who were hired on remote and don’t live near an office.
