      Pros

      No pros. Worst company I have ever worked for.

      Cons

      Long hours, even in the summer. Partners are inflexible. There is no collaboration because the teams are unwilling to work together, There is zero opportunity for growth, no support from management, no communication, no recognition. It was so embarrassing to work here.

      Pros

      I have yet to meet a person that wasn't super sharp, wonderful, helpful and kind. Best large company I have EVER worked for.

      Cons

      I wish I could transition to full time, not really a 'con'.

      Pros

      As a working parent there is a ton of flexibility and understanding for my needs at home. This has enabled me to work through busy seasons without a ton of extra stress.

      Cons

      Recent return to office mandates are hard for employees who were hired on remote and don’t live near an office.
