      Used to have great culture, Flexible work options

      Cons

      Over-hired during the pandemic and now is laying off. No bonuses since 2022/early 2023. Pitiful salary increases (~2.5% per year) with limited promotion opportunities at the moment.

      Pros

      As a working parent there is a ton of flexibility and understanding for my needs at home. This has enabled me to work through busy seasons without a ton of extra stress.

      Cons

      Recent return to office mandates are hard for employees who were hired on remote and don’t live near an office.
