      Grueling work for little pay.

      Cons

      I was offered a job, I filled out all the info, took my background, took my drug screen, everything's great. And I get ghosted by the HR. When I call it's always someone else's job to find my starting date.

      Pros

      Positive reinforcement among coworkers. Great new leadership with efficiant results. Training through hands on work in an enjoyable way.

      Cons

      Short staff. There was a bit of a big change in maintenance and we are still rebuilding the dept. It is coming along great but we still need a few more good techs to fill the roster.
