      No work life balance, underpay for their market by a lot, pull you out of your set schedule consistently, look at their people as disposable

      Pros

      Positive reinforcement among coworkers. Great new leadership with efficiant results. Training through hands on work in an enjoyable way.

      Cons

      Short staff. There was a bit of a big change in maintenance and we are still rebuilding the dept. It is coming along great but we still need a few more good techs to fill the roster.
