      If you like baking, you might be tempted to join this place, but I urge you to look for other options.

      Cons

      The work ambiance was awfully chaotic. Things happened randomly, and no one knew how to fix the issues. The management as ignorant, and the employees were helpless. The ridiculous training we received was of no use. Avoid working here if you don't want a stressful work life that can negatively impact your mental health.

      Pros

      Positive reinforcement among coworkers. Great new leadership with efficiant results. Training through hands on work in an enjoyable way.

      Cons

      Short staff. There was a bit of a big change in maintenance and we are still rebuilding the dept. It is coming along great but we still need a few more good techs to fill the roster.
