Crown has truly been a fantastic and exciting place to work. I have been promoted once and just took a position in a new vertical of the company. The work life balance and genuine caring of management (local and national) for employees is the best of any company I've worked for in my 1.5 decades in telecom.
There is incredible opportunity to grow within the company and move into different verticals. There are many tools and management is supportive of the process of self improvement and vertical/horizontal movement . For higher level positions you need to be a self advocate and geographically flexible, but there are so many opportunities to be had.
The CEO and executive management team is reachable via internal chat and email. They take live questions without filter on nationwide video broadcasts. They tackle tough issues and admit problems and seek solutions. No company is perfect, but I've never worked somewhere leadership is so approachable, human, and willing to work and engage with employees of every level.
