      Good benefits, great profitable business.

      Cons

      The culture is adhered to differently in different parts of the country. In Houston, people generally adhere to the culture with some exceptions. But Houston leadership is *always* in adherence to the culture. This is not the way it always is in different parts of the country unfortunately. Many leaders will get big heads from their positions. The Eastern region has lots of these, unfortunately.

      Pros

      Great place to work. Although there has been a lot of change over the past few years, I feel the company is back on track. Culture has been dramatically improved.

      Cons

      Not much at this time. Still lots of change ahead though as the company transforms into a tower focused company.

      Just a paycheck, while it lasts.

      Cons

      Five CEOs in five years, each one being worse than the previous. This company has no sense of direction or purpose. Director level and above are only retained because of flattery, not because of experience or expertise. There is zero opportunity for career advancement if you are remote. If you have the pleasure of being in an office, hope you enjoy constant monitoring of attendance so that you can sit in a cube on Teams calls all day.
