      Corporate headquarters are located in New Bremen Ohio which leads to a conservative approach to many business challenges. Not a bad thing but can lead to some frustration.

      Fantastic management, positive community vibe, everyone was invested in my learning experience and I felt very welcomed

      Cons

      tough to achieve anything in my time there due to the nature of the industry. Not their fault just the circumstance and they celebrate the smaller victories so I didn't feel discouraged
