Those in charge - FITTER/WELDER Crown Equipment Employee Review

The pay for the type of work we perform is below standard. The people "IN CHARGE" on the floor are non professional, poorly trained and leave us constantly guessing what is going on. Their 401k match might amount to 3% which is very stingy for a company of it's size. No improvement to our vacation, personal days (and no sick days at all) since I've been there.(10+ years) If you need a job go ahead and apply, but if you are currently employed, make sure this move would be in your long term, best interests.
