Pros
Good Brand name and equipment. Company Vehicle and gas card Good Training at corporate level If you are a veteran Technician you may be able to keep you nose clean. New Techs Stay away!
Cons
Where to start... Employees are treated as expenses to manage sums it up. Extremely low morale. Your job is always on the line. Treated as kids, not adults. If your a Tech, your hours (and thus Pay) are controlled by the dispatcher. Need to work 10 hrs+ /Sat to make a decent living. Backstabbing and behind the scenes undermining to make employees life and job miserable. Written up for the smallest things on a regular basis. (One employee was written up for not shaving that day, and he never saw customers!) When you ask for help its given freely, BUT, you will be chastized at minimum and wriiten up or suspended for it 2 weeks later. I was terminated (long story, but the jist of it was for not learning quick enough. Ok, fair enough) BUT the way they wrote the termination up implied misconduct on my part and thus I was ineligible for unemployment (clever, no paying unemp claims) Also, even though benefits were deducted biweekly, I was informed that my benefits would cease at Midnight the day of termination, Huh? Is that legal? I never got a refund for overpayment....
