      Pros

      The only pro of the company is they provide you the day of your birthday off.

      Cons

      Company claims they care for their employees but they don’t. They care about the numbers. Have to work a whole year to get 1 measly week off of vacation. Right before I left, now they give 3 personal days you can use within the first 365 days of you being employed. Still not that great. Management is okay, not the greatest. The HR girl has attitude & you can tell she’s there to help the company not the employee. High turnover. I wouldn’t recommend.

      Fantastic management, positive community vibe, everyone was invested in my learning experience and I felt very welcomed

      Cons

      tough to achieve anything in my time there due to the nature of the industry. Not their fault just the circumstance and they celebrate the smaller victories so I didn't feel discouraged
