Toxic Environment - Customer Service and Sales Consultant Crown Equipment Employee Review

Employees are clearly angry and unfortunately you can feel it as soon as you walk in. Lots of attitude , new ideas not welcomed, career growth is a possibility only if company is in a tight spot. Work satisfaction is non existent and benefits are basic. Management is consistently under pressure and unfortunately instead of encouraging and motivating they do the opposite. Toxic environment wouldn’t work here unless you have no choice.
