      Literally none. At all. It's the worst.

      Cons

      Crappy benefits. The management was just terrible. I hurt my ankle on the job and was pressured EVERY DAY to get back to work, even though later I found out I had torn ligaments. They didn't give a crap about anyone.

      Fantastic management, positive community vibe, everyone was invested in my learning experience and I felt very welcomed

      Cons

      tough to achieve anything in my time there due to the nature of the industry. Not their fault just the circumstance and they celebrate the smaller victories so I didn't feel discouraged
