      Autonomy and variety in work, it was a nice change from working on cars.

      Cons

      All the usual stuff with large businesses, politics, picking up the pieces after techs that aren’t good at their jobs, the company has in place a pay grading system but they hold you back on wanting to pursue a higher grade

      Fantastic management, positive community vibe, everyone was invested in my learning experience and I felt very welcomed

      Cons

      tough to achieve anything in my time there due to the nature of the industry. Not their fault just the circumstance and they celebrate the smaller victories so I didn't feel discouraged
