Pros

Training provided by Crown is required part of job

Cons

Poor management at San Francisco Branch. No support from Sales Manager. Sales Manager has trouble telling the truth. You don’t want to bring him to a customer. He is full of cliches, no substance. Struggle to get paid commissions. You won’t be paid until invoice is paid by customer. You can wait over year to receive commission. Branch Manager figures out ways to short pay commission. Not allowed to speak with sales coordinators. You have zero support from office staff which affects your ability to sell. You will be lucky to make eighty thousand annual salary. You will be told to do activities that have nothing to do with selling. You will be expected to do all your paperwork in evening hours. You will be questioned about every decision you make. You don’t realize how bad an environment until you see management in action. Stay away if you are a seasoned sales professional.

Pros

Fantastic management, positive community vibe, everyone was invested in my learning experience and I felt very welcomed

Cons

tough to achieve anything in my time there due to the nature of the industry. Not their fault just the circumstance and they celebrate the smaller victories so I didn't feel discouraged
