Pros
In the industry where flare rate causes reluctance to assist technicians. Crown has created an environment where team work and ensuring that all technicians are excellent is the culture. They also have top starting pay for the industry. Especially for technicians fresh out of school.
Cons
A tendency to not take the advice from the service side on the part of upper management, especially when we are the ones interacting with the customers on a daily basis.
