Pros
Good money, decent benefits, always growing, room to advance, there is always overtime if you want to work it, there is not a lot of mandatory overtime, all around great place to work so far, fairly new to the company
Cons
The only con I could say about working at crown right now is that I was use to the more laid back type of atmosphere in a smaller shop compared to crown, its a bigger company and a little more strict I guess you could say. But as long as you do your job and show up to work, theres nothing to worry about!
