Excellent communication between management, sales staff, the technicians and parts department. Its one big living breathing group of hard workers that enjoy working together to get the job done right. The entire community generally wants everyone to succeed. Okay Benefits, and the pay is about average but the quality of life you get out ways those factors. I can't speak for everyone but I enjoy sales. So the opportunities I have had presented to me far out weighs any cons. I'm sure every branch is a little different but I feel this branch in particular really knows the value of being part of a team effort.
