New Orleans branch Management is a joke. Branch manager has no clue what’s going on and does not seem to care. Direct manager is a mere puppet and make it hard when you need help or a decision on any tougher decisions with customer. Accountability is pushed hard on technicians but not on other departments. Our zone was expected to drive home up to at least 2 hours unpaid along with going unpaid for the first 45 minute travel.
